SMACK IN THE MIDDLE : Do something otter than fish illegally!

ILLEGAL fishing is not just illegal. It harms animals other than fish too. Last Saturday (April 2), an otter pup with a fishing hook pierced near its right eye was found at a canal near Kallang Bahru Road. Other animals, including turtles, monitor lizards, and birds have been injured by fishing equipment too.
