SMACK IN THE MIDDLE : Woof, what a dog’s life!

EIGHTEEN dogs were abandoned mysteriously all around Singapore last week – until it was discovered that they all belonged to the same owner, a man who runs a pet grooming school. He was not named in media reports. Apparently, he was told by the authorities that he couldn’t keep them in his shop because they were too loud. Another 12 were given to an animal welfare group.
