Member of public questions parking enforcement officer why he parked bike illegally

Facebook user Siva Kumar uploaded a video on April 16 in which an parking enforcement officer is seen having his meal, while his motorcycle is parked by the roadside marked with a single yellow zigzag line.

When confronted, the officer tried to explain why he was seated down. The person behind the camera asked if the officer is allowed to park where he did, and the officer said, “Cannot.”

Parking on single yellow zigzag lines will earn you a fine and 3 demerit points. Wonder who will be issuing the summons for this one?
