1.首先準備食材,三菌湯,三種菌類,金針菇,香菇,木耳,洗淨備用。

2.金針菇中間切一刀,然後撕成小條,香菇切片,木耳切絲,放入盆中備用。

3.薑蒜和香菜切沫備用。

4.起鍋燒水,把三種食材焯一下水,焯水的目的是為了去除食材的雜味,讓湯更鮮美。煮2-3分鐘就可以。
