3. The Switch Clearance Sale practices SEVEN (7) Day return policy. Kindly return it to the Switch Paragon Mall outlet should there be any dissatisfaction arise.

4. Items involved in the clearance are either new / demo units / incomplete sets / ageing products / warranty claimed units.

5. Switch will not be responsible for wrongful purchases which may result in items not functioning as intended.

6. Products purchased may not include preinstalled softwares such as iWork and iLife. Customers may need to purchase the softwares should they require to use it.

7. Cash and Credit Card accepted. 0% Instalment promotion is not valid for items sold in Clearance Sale.
