SMACK IN THE MIDDLE: Toot toot… welcome onboard the library train

GOOD news, fellow commuters! The National Library Board (NLB) and Land Transport Authority (LTA) are working to launch a mobile library, which will transform an MRT train to function as a library. On the train, QR codes will be available for commuters to scan and download e-books or essays using their mobile devices. Is this a great idea, or will it be chaos? The only thing we know is that there will be no more excuses for not reading.
