Budget bounty: Who gets what from Budget 2016?

YESTERDAY, the Committee of Supply debates drew to a close. This is the first Budget for Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat and the 13th Parliament. Speaker of Parliament Halimah Yacob has deemed this Budget “an important one”, citing the need for Singapore to transform and stay relevant in a fast-changing global environment.
